Again, our hands have been tied after the Canton Bern decided that events with more than 15 attendees are not allowed anymore. We’ve been heartbroken, for everyone who was involved and already delivered his or her work. But that’s just how it is sometimes. Life is not as predictable as we might think.
But I’m glad and thankful all the sponsors and all the speakers and workshop facilitators will be available in Juni 2021! That’s great news 🙂
So what do bold leaders do in times of crisis?
„Krönchen richten – und weiter gehts“.
We never give up. And we won’t crack under pressure. As a leader you cannot run away when it gets difficult. You stay put and try to find a way out. That’s at least how I see it.
This experience – having to postpone such a big conference only two days before – was aother big lesson for me. A lesson to train humbleness, courage, focus, passion, creativity and compassion. Life is a great teacher. So let’s embrace it and not fight it.
So I’m really sad about what happend. On the other hand I’m thankful. Relationships reveil their quality under pressure. I’ve received so many caring and loving text messages, whatsapp, emails and calls. I feel blessed. Thank you for your truthful support. That’s all I ever invested in: thruthful relationships.
So let’s stay connected over the next weeks and months. Let’s help and empower each other. Let’s be the gratest business sisterhood ever. And let’s never forget, that nature, that human beings always found a way, a solution. We adapt, adjust – if we have to.
Let’s focus on our strengths rather than on our weaknesses.
