Yesterday, I wrote that the world has shifted dramatically and that near-term improvement feels unlikely. Monday evening’s discussions reflected that reality, with a strong sense of uncertainty and concern.
On Tuesday, however, there was a clear shift in mindset. The message was consistent: “wait and see” is no longer an option. Leaders emphasized the need to act now—within our own sphere of control—by strengthening independence, agility, and resilience.
