Maryam Djavadi (52) is a newly appointed Vice President of Customer Experience at Porsche since July 2024. She has a career spanning over 25 years in the world of luxury and retail, during which she held several leadership positions including roles as Board Member at Bottega Veneta, Director of Private Shopping and Service Excellence at Selfridges and Head of L&D at CHANEL.
With an educational background around 3D Design, she has a keen interest for beautiful objects, craftsmanship and innovation which was the trigger for her to make the jump from the fashion world to Porsche, where "lt all starts with a Dream"!Her other passion is centered around people, with an in-depth expertise in employee development and creating unique customer experiences. Her multi-cultural background (French, lranian) and her professional journey have seen her travel around the world and live in numerous countries, such as France, UK, ltaly, Germany, and have helped her learn more about different cultures and languages and understand better the global customer scope.
