ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS
WORKSHOP 1- INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Caring for our inner development and outer impact
The Inner Development Goals fill a gap in the landscape of the sustainability standards and references. Three key set of existing standards 1) help make finance greener (ESGs and the European Green deal legal framework); 2) foster a more just and sustainable society (17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); 3) promote green project management (GPM P5 standard).
All the existing standards are geared towards externalities and commodities. They do not speak much about people and the actual importance of inner development of each one of us to transform our outer impact.
The workshop covers four steps: 1) a fast-paced update on existing standards and an introduction to the Inner Development Goals; 2) a brief overview of to the science of mindset and its importance in today’s world; 3) a self-inquiry journey; 4) group sharing soundbites of this mini journey in to the WE in the ME and the ME in the WE.
WORKSHOP 2- CONNECTING WITH OUR SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE
Connecting to our spiritual intelligence
Living an aligned life is rooted in connecting with our spiritual intelligence, living authentically and purposefully. Spiritual intelligence (SQ) encompasses practices that enhance self-awareness, compassion, and our ability to view the world holistically.
Spiritual intelligence challenges us to question fundamental life aspects, remain true to our inner guidance despite external pressures, and cultivate humility. It encourages us to approach adversity as an opportunity for growth and maintaining a broader perspective on life.
The workshop will explore what can define spiritual intelligence inspired by the book of Danah Zohar and Ian Marshall „SQ: Spiritual Intelligence – The Ultimate Intelligence“. It is meant tocreate motivation to bend adversity with grace to be ever more deeply connected to oneself and the world all at once. Meditation and deep dialogue will be offered.
