Let’s face it: our level of energy has been depleted and we cannot simply move on as nothing has happened, casually omitting the consequences of this historic, unprecedented moment. How can we support people to refill their level of energy while asking them to perform at their best?
During this workshop we will provide concrete solutions with validated assessments, insights, practical tools, methodologies and short case-studies that will support you and your organization and your teams. Quite simply the strength and health of any organization is based on the health & strength of the people who work there. This is the starting point to a speed recovery that will help us in the transition to a new context, full of risks and yet amazing opportunities.
