Giovanna Dipasquale is a Swiss-Italian medical physicist, CEO and co-founder of HeroSupport, a Geneva-based medtech start-up developing personalised 3D-printed solutions to improve cancer radiotherapy. Trained at the University of Pisa and certified in Switzerland, she brings more than 20 years of experience from institutions including CHUV and Geneva University Hospitals. She founded HeroSupport to make treatment more precise, more comfortable and more humane through innovative patient-specific devices. Combining science with compassion, she is dedicated to improving cancer care and supporting patients throughout their journey. Giovanna received the Innovator of the Year 2025 award from Ladies Drive and our jury.
