The brain is the control centre of our body, our life, and our well being.
League of Leading Ladies Conference 2025. Dr Antonella Santuccione Chadha

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

The brain is the control centre of our body, our life, and our well being. Research in neuroscience reveals that men and women exhibit distinct patterns in brain structure, function, and susceptibility to mental health disorders. These differences not only influence how mental diseases manifest but also open doors to personalized solutions to maintain our control centre fit and guarantee long life in well being.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the latest scientific insights on the sex- and gender-based distinctions in the brain, delve into how this impact the prevalence of conditions like anxiety, depression, migraine and neurodegenerative diseases, and uncover strategies to promote brain health.

We will explore how changes in hormonal levels during life stages such as puberty, pregnancy, and menopause affect cognitive performance and diseases more in general.

We will learn practical strategies based on lifestyle changes to enhance brain health and resilience towards long healthy life span.

Together we will build connections with a supportive community that values brain health, mental well-being, and cognitive diversity.

Let’s plant ideas of the future.
