Novapreneurs is the first community in Switzerland for experienced professionals who aim to transition to entrepreneurship. We offer inspiring community events, peer support groups and an introductory training in cohorts. Dr. Burcu Demiray is a lifespan developmental psychologist. She is a research group leader at the University of Zurich, Department of Psychology and Healthy Longevity Center. Her expertise is on adult development and healthy aging. She translates her research into real-world solutions for agetech, lifelong learning and meaningful work. She is the founder and managing director of Novapreneurs.
